HYDROQUINONE/PABA/SUNSCREEN - TOPICAL USES: This medication is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles or "age spots".

HOW TO USE: This medictaion is for use on the skin only. Use twice daliy or as directed. Apply carefully if usnig on face.
Avoid contact with the eyes and motuh. To use, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated. A thin layer is all that's needed. Rub in gently. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Avoid sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing wihle outdoors.
If no effect is noticed after two months of treatments, notify your dcotor. SIDE EFFECTS: Notify your doctor if you develop any of the following symptoms: dry skin, burning, redness. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (ochronosis).
In the unlikely eevnt you have an allergic reaction to that drug, seek medical attention immediately.
Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: illness, infections, PABA sunscreen allergies, sulftie allergies (certain generics of that medication contain sulfites). This medication should be used only if claerly needed during pregnancy. Dicsuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if that medication is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use including any skin prodcuts. Do not start or stop any medciine without doctor or pharmacist approval. OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison conrtol center or emergency room immediately.

This medicine may be harmful if swalloewd. NOTES: Do not share that mdeication with others. MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing scehdule. Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
