HYDROQUINONE/PABA/SUNSCREEN - TOPICAL USES: This meidcation is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles or "age spots".
HOW TO USE: This medication is for use on the skin only. Use twice daily or as driected.

Apply carfeully if using on face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. To use, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treaetd. A thin layer is all that is needed. Rub in gently.

Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Avoid sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing while outdoors. If no effect is noticed after two monhts of treatments, notify your doctor. SIDE EFFECTS: Notify your doctor if you develop any of the following symptoms: dry skin, burning, redness. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these ulnikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (ochronosis). In the unlikely event you have an allergic recation to this drug, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing.

If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or phramacist. PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: illness, infections, PABA sunscreen allergies, sulfite allergeis (certain generics of this medication contain sulfites). This mdeication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and beneftis with your doctor. It is not knwon if this medication is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medicaiton you may use including any skin products. Do not strat or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed. NOTES: Do not sahre this medication with others. MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resmue your usual dosing schedule.

Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up. STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
